In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Ticket Request System: Monday thru Friday.
All request takes up to 24 to 72 hours for a reply unless you are a Priority Service client (24 hours or Less).

If you have purchased hosting or other services here you can log into your account and add the Priority Package needed.  If you do not have an account more than likely you haven't signed up for any.  In this case, these Service Packages are only for clients that have purchased WebDesign or WebDevelopment from us.

Priority Service Packages provides faster service replies and pushes client updates/projects to the top of the list with the other priority service clients.
 
Non-Priority Support: If you do not have a Priority Service Package we will request a 50 dollar setup for a monthly support.  Unless, your site is in development start/stage (Free Support In This Stage).  Development stage is when a new client has started their project.  Usually, development time frame only last for 30 days.  In these 30 days a client can come back here to the ticket system and receive faster service.  Clients will get the same as a Priority Service Package but without phone support.

How to use: Custom Payment Page for one month support payment.
  • Update & Services Tier 1 or Update & Services Tier 2  Click Menu Button
  • Use drop down to select dollar amount in this case it would be ($50.00) then add to cart)
  • You will have to sign up one time and will be able to login again if needing this service down the road.
  • This system will take you to the payment gateway to finalize the purchase.
